Commitment to a Single Point of Contact: Designate one main contact for the project. Changing this person may require additional work and costs.
Invoicing Terms Acceptance: Billing process and payment schedules are clear. Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt, late payments incur interest, and all payments are non-refundable.
